  Innovative product design

Responsibilities:

- Design independently innovative concepts and components for power tools

- Make CAD drawings for designed components

- Prototype making for designed components, Design relevant tests procedures and test fixtures to validate the components

- Assist product engineer on daily engineering works, especially in testing area

-  Assist to organize innovation workshop

Requirements:

- Mechanical engineering Bachelor degree or above

- Prior internship experience in mechanical product design preferred

- Innovative mindset, open-minded and good hands-on skill

- Eager to learn and self-motivated

- Excellent English, able to communicate in fluent English

- Very good CAD knowledge, PRO-E preferred, good at Microsoft Office

Target MajorMechanical engineering

IT project management

Responsibilities:

- Project preparation: analysis of the current situation, project planning, interface design, ergonomics

- Development: programming of the database and software, and testing phase

- Implementation: data migration, User Acceptance Testing, adjustments and corrections

- Go-live and deployment

Requirements:

- Good skills in programming, SQL and database management.

- Good English communication skills (speaking, reading, writing)

- Experience in VBA and Microsoft Access is a big plus (not mandatory).

Target Major:

Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Automation Engineering, Database Management, or related field.

 Simulation/CFD

Responsibilities:

- Help to build the model Simulation in ANSYS;

 - To fulfil the work of optimization or parametrization;

 - Support build the digital platform via Simulink.

 - Other work simulation related.

Requirements:

- Good at English, German is a plus;

- Good math is a must;

- Engineering background and ANSYS skill is a must;

- Solid background at Math and Fluid mechanics;

- Motivation for start the work, interested at innovation

Target Major:Mechanical engineering related

 Packaging development

Responsibilities:

- Collaboration and support into international packaging projects with Asia, Europe and North America

- Take the responsibility and work independently on different assigned and related packaging topics

- Take over small packaging projects and work together with Marketing, Quality, Purchasing, Suppliers and Plant

- Support on packaging cost saving projects

- Taking part and organize meetings, supplier discussions, workshops and briefings

- Work on packaging related topics for Hangzhou plant

- Organize samples and packaging tests

- Maintenance of packaging specification and technical drawings

Requirements:

- Basic studies in the field of packaging and printing technology

- High interests in the field of packaging structure, processes and printing process

- Be flexible to react quickly to changing situations or projects set ups

- Capability to work within a team

- Take over responsibilities and be able to report on time

- Be an organized person, be proactive and be initiative

- Motivation to reach goals

- Good English skills (written and spoken language)

 Basic to advance knowledge for MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PPT)

Target Major:Packaging or other related

Finance Internship

Responsibilities:

- Assist FIN group for some documentation (e.g. work instruction/procedure update, PPT create, stocktaking reports.)

- Work with FIN team for some simple projects.

- Make some related finance reports under the request by Fin group.

Requirements:

- Good communication skill in English, native-speaking English is preferred

- Major in Finance or Accounting

- Team oriented (information sharing, experience exchange, help with troubleshooting)

- Initiative and willing to learn

- Computer skills: Outlook, MS-Office focus on Excel and PowerPoint)

Target Major:Finance or Accounting

 LE Controlling

Responsibilities:

-Check sales transaction between SAP/AXAPT and BICOS systems.

- Run actual cost center budget and budget overview page (SS, BE, HF) by monthly. Support to check detail cost background and PO/PMO.

- Monthly generate integrated reports (PC, C.C and Capex) for each department

- Apply folder/power access right for team and department heads.

- Prepare business charts or presentations for managements.

- Do process improvement on responsible reports, and update work manual.

- Register dept. invoice and download information from SAP.

Requirements:

'-Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Word skill, especially good on VBA.

- Keep close eyes on detail and question mind is essential

- Fluent English in speaking and writing, better to know German.

- Team work spirit is necessary, good cooperation with others.

Target Major:Finance or Accounting business related

HR Internship

Responsibilities:

- Assist in change management processes and leadership development activities by supporting the preparation

- Support the HR department in training organization, training course development as well as in internal trainer management

- Help to create and implement inspiring working conditions for Bosch Power Tools associates and interns

- Support HR team in internal communication with associates and manage company communication channel

Requirements:

- Has to be enrolled during the full period of the internship

- Fluency in English; proficiency in German and/or Chinese is a plus

- Good communication skills

Target Major:Human Resource or related field
